About Us
At Languageium we offer 7 foreign languages: French, Spanish, German, English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. We provide you with the holistic tools necessary for a successful mastery of the languages. We focus not just on the language learning aspect, but on making it an experience to cherish. Our classes make learning a new language fun : with role play activities, music, videos, and lots of interaction.
We also prepare you for international exams such as IELTS/DELF/TOPIK/JPLT etc,
We, at Languageium believe that learning a language should not just be an exercise in acquiring the linguistic know-how but it should be about discovering and appreciating a new culture, it should be about learning to look at life differently.
The Founder
Pratima Karanth
Having been in the field of teaching french for over 15 years and having taught at institutes such as the Alliance Française and Inlingua, I can say that I’ve come to understand the different teaching tools and how they can effectively be used with students of different profiles – be it college students, professionals or people aspiring to migrate / study in francophone countries. I have a master’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi and a Diplôme de langue française from Alliance Française de Pune. I believe in instilling a sense of curiosity and love for the languages through my teaching methods which my students can testify to.
